Amazing experience with Amy’s as a first-time customer. We needed to send flowers to a close friend who had suddenly lost her dad, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The website is very user-friendly, with clear photos of exactly what you’re purchasing. They also offer the option to include either a video message or a card—while we chose a card, the video feature is a really thoughtful and unique touch. The card itself had plenty of space for a meaningful message, which we appreciated. Same-day delivery was available and reasonably priced, which made a big difference given the circumstances. One of the standout features was receiving a photo of the actual bouquet via email before delivery—it gave us peace of mind knowing exactly what was being sent. We will absolutely be using Amy’s again in the future.
