Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery Monday-Friday! Order cutoff times vary by zip code in our service area. We also deliver on select weekends around major flower holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
We have a flat delivery fee of $12.95 for North Attleboro and nearby communities. Higher delivery fees will apply for cities and towns further away. The delivery fee cost will be displayed at checkout.
Can I request a specific time for delivery?
We will always do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests, but cannot guarantee these requests when made online. Please call us directly to arrange a specific delivery time. Please be aware that extra charges may apply. Due to the very high demand, we are not able to honor any specific delivery time requests during the busy flower holidays of Christmas, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
Should I order online or by phone?
Placing your order online is always the fastest and most preferred method. It’s also available 24/7. We accept orders over the phone, but you may sometimes need to leave us a message if we are busy assisting customers in our store or outside of our normal business hours.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
In the event someone isn’t home to accept the delivery, our driver will, weather permitting, leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time. Please provide us with the recipients phone number when ordering.
Do you deliver to funeral homes?
Yes, we deliver to all of the funeral homes in our service area. If the funeral service will be on a weekend, please call us directly to place your order, as you will not be able to select Saturday or Sunday as a delivery date online.
Do you deliver to schools?
Absolutely! We deliver to schools all the time! When ordering, please let us know what time the recipient is there until.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes we do! Please provide us with the recipients working hours so we can arrange delivery during that time. Please be aware that we do not make deliveries outside of our normal business hours.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes we frequently deliver to hospitals. Please be aware that hospitals do not accept flower deliveries to the Intensive Care Unit. Please provide us with a room number if possible when ordering.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
We suggest that you call to speak with us directly when making any specific flower or color requests to ensure we can accommodate your request.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Just like you, flowers can be thirsty too! Check the water level in the container daily. For maximum longevity, use the included flower food when adding water and follow the instructions on the packet. Always place the arrangement in a room temperature location away from direct sunlight or hot heat sources and keep them away from ripening fruit.
